Under the project coordination of Prof. Dr. Göknur Akçadağ, and led by the @nisantasiedu Center for Women's and Family Studies Application and Research, the "Empowering Women in Smal Businesses Project" was carried out in partnership with @goknurakcadag, @bpwistanbul Istanbul Businesswomen and Professional Women's Association (BPW), @turkonfed, @sedefed, @kagider, @ceid, @foder, @timwings, and @tim. The project aimed to contribute to strengthening smal businesses, support the development of their capacities, support women's participation in the workforce, increase the strength of businesses through the presence of female employees, and enhance their competitive advantage.
Following the opening speeches by SEDEFED President @emineperdem, Istanbul BPW Board Chair @ceylanguzekin, and İNÜ Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Uğur Yozgat, presentations were given by @hepsiburada, @manasuray, @butunernazan, @mujdecetin, @esraidris, @baharsamhilitanju, and @gizemsalcigilwhite.
