With the support of the EU Civil Think Program, the "Equal Opportunities: Empowering Women in Smal Businesses" project is being launched by the Istanbul Nişantaşı University Center for Women's and Family Studies Application and Research. To be carried out under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Göknur Akçadağ, the project will be conducted in partnership with the International BPW Istanbul Businesswomen and Professional Women's Association, with the support of TÜRKONFED, UNDP, KAGİDER, and CEİD. Within its scope, the "Training Program for Empowering Women in Smal Businesses" will be carried out, a booklet will be prepared to guide businesses' processes for developing women-friendly policies, webinars will be organized, and various dissemination activities will be conducted. The project aims to contribute to the empowerment of women-led businesses and female employees.
