The 2nd African Diaspora Forum (ADF'25), organized through an initiative by the Bizim Afrika Platform in cooperation with the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), the Al Selam Association, the Babi Alem Association, with media sponsorship by TRT Afrika, and in partnership with Istanbul Nişantaşı University, was successfully completed at Istanbul Nişantaşı University on April 19, 2025.
Held under the theme "Strengthening the Diaspora for Sustainable Cooperation Between Africa and Turkey," the forum addressed topics such as diaspora identity, economic empowerment, education, leadership, and cultural diplomacy, with contributions from experts in their fields and young professionals. Throughout the event, panels and two workshops were held. Prominent figures from the business world, academia, and civil society gave speeches. New collaborations and networks were formed among the participants.
