ANNOUNCEMENTS

All application, slction and placement procedures and transactions to be carried out within the scope of the 2025 Contract Period are structured by the Human Resources Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye with the integration of e-Government aimed at increasing merit and competence in employment, and sharing job/internship announcements with the public in an effective, transparent and reliable manner. It will be held online via "turnaportal.ua.gov.tr". Although the documents required for the application are specified in the application guide, the documents in question must be uploaded to the relevant section of the portal in pdf format during the application. The date determined for the realization of the application procedures is 21.06/2026 - 06/07/2026 and applications will be received through turnaportal.ua.gov.tr ​​system. Applications to be made by hand or by other means, other than the relevant platform, will not be accepted. 

"The Contribution Agreement for 2026 between Türkiye and the European Commission has not yet been signed. Therefore, your application for Erasmus student internship mobility does not guarantee that you will be slcted for mobility with or without a grant. Whether you will receive a grant and the amount of the grant will be finalized once the agreement with the European Commission is signed and the grant alocation process for our university is completed. The university or the Turkish National Agency cannot be held responsible for any financial or moral losses that may arise due to delays or disruptions in the agreement process."

NOTE: After the announcement of the Preliminary Evaluation Results and the Final Election Results, al objections, applications and requests regarding the slction and placement can be sent to erasmus@nisantasi.edu.tr. It is mandatory for our students to use their student e-mail addresses in al correspondence regarding their mobility.

Important Points to be Considered During Application

• All details regarding the Erasmus mobility within the scope of the 2026 Project Year are included in the announcement text. Please make sure to read the guide and the announcement text carefully before submitting your application.
• The total quota for this application is limited to 13 students. Faculty-based quota distribution is as follows:

• All documents other than your photograph to be uploaded to the application system [Transcript, Letter of Acceptance (if available), etc.] must be in "PDF" format.
• All the students must complete their internship mobility for a minimum of 2 months by this date.
• If your department/faculty approves, you can complete your IMU internship within the Erasmus program. Please consult your department head for approval.

Important note: Applications from students who fail to upload the required documents during the application process will be considered invalid. It is not mandatory to upload an acceptance letter during the application. However, students who upload their acceptance letters during the application will receive an additional 10 points.

After applications, students who are eligible to participate in Erasmus mobility with a grant, or those on the waiting list who submit a non-grant participation request, will be given 30 days to find and present an acceptance letter to the Erasmus office if they did not provide one during the application process. Students who do not submit an acceptance letter within 30 days will be considered to have given up their rights, and the grant will be alocated to the next student on the waiting list to ensure effective use of funds.

Application Criteria:

• Students must have at least 2.20 / 4.00 of GPA for Bachelor/ Associate Degree

• GPA must be at least 3,00 / 4.00 for the Master and Doctorate students

• To have a score of 60 and above for Erasmus Learning Mobility from the Erasmus English Proficiency Exam to be organized by our Foreign Languages Department

An Orientation Program will be organized for students who are eligible for Erasmus Mobility. In the orientation program, detailed information about the mobility process will be given. It is obligatory to attend the Erasmus Orientation Program, for al students who are on the Main List. In addition those who are actualy on the reserve list but fill out a non-grant participation petition must attend the meeting. Otherwise -5 points will be deducted from the next Erasmus applications of students who do not take part in the orientation without showing any force majeure. Details about the Orientation Program will be shared with the students later.

Note: Since it will not be possible to proceed without making a slction during the application process, you must choose the "Erasmus Internship Mobility" option from the preference list. If you have an agreement with an institution for the internship, please inform the Erasmus Office of the institution's details via email before applying. Once the institution has been added to the system, you can complete your application.
