Dear Student,

To slct courses for the 2024-2025 Academic Year, you must first complete the payment of the 2024-2025 Academic Year tuition fee and renew your registration. Students with scholarships should submit a petition to the International Office to complete their registration renewal.

Additionaly, students whose residence permits will expire by October 31, 2024, must visit the university's “International Student Help Center” (the office located across from the International Office) as soon as possible. These students need to urgently apply for an extension of their residence permits.

To ensure accuracy, residence forms are filled out within the university, and the residence permit card fee payment (tax payment) and insurance procedures are also completed within the university.

Since residence permit cards are one of the important documents that need to be included in students' personal files, students must submit copies of their residence permit cards to the International Office after receiving them.
